The Mesh Nebulizer AUXO NE M01 offers efficient aerosol therapy with a particle size output of about 5 μm for rapid absorption. Its powerful compressor ensures superior performance, along with a compact design and low noise level, making it ideal for any home or clinical setting.

The direction of use:

Step 1: Install the batteries in the nebulizer (please read the instruction manual that comes in the package)

Step 2: Remove the medication cup; please clean and disinfect it before use.

Step 3: Open the cup lid, put 3ml of the 98 Alive Respiratory Health liquid into the medication cup.

Step 4: Turn on the power: Press the "ON/OFF" button for more than 1 second, the power indicator (green) will turn on, and the device will start atomizing.

Step 5: Inhalation: Hold the device in hand, put on the mask, slowly inhale the medication mist.

Step 6: If the medication cup is not loaded with any medication or if the medication liquid is finished, the device will automatically shut down. 

Return & Refund Policy

All products returned must be in marketable condition and not beyond the reasonable shelf life of the products. Products are considered to be past shelf life:

a) One year from the date of purchase,

b) If the expiration date printed on the package has passed, or

c) If the package has been opened

Return Shipping costs

Customers are responsible for the costs incurred in shipping the products back to 98 Alive. Shipping charges, handling fees, and customs fees are non-refundable unless 98 Alive NZ made an error originally. Only the customers who have valid invoice or order number can initiate the return. Returns should be accompanied by a return authorization (RA) number obtained from the customer support team members at: drdoering@protonmail.com 

Missing & Damaged Goods

In the event a customer receives an incomplete order, it is the responsibility of the customer to review the order and report the discrepancy within 24 hours of receipt of the order. 98 Alive endeavours to ship products in quality resalable condition. Some products may become damaged in the shipping process. Damaged parcel MUST BE refused. If a damaged order is delivered, the customer should immediately notify 98 Alive’s customer support team member at: drdoering@protonmail.com by sending the picture of the damaged parcel within 12 hours from delivery for instructions on returning the damaged order.
